Buena Vista Cottage - Walk to two beaches! Newport
We offer you the opportunity to stay at The Buena Vista Cottage, a quaint 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage that is two houses away from the West passage of Narragansett Bay! There are views of Narragansett Bay from the sunroom and backyard however there are panoramic views from two private beaches that are within walking distance from this cottage. The back yard is fenced in and has an outdoor shower.

This is a great spot for a family getaway. It is a very safe and friendly neighborhood.
House Rules
1. Maximum of 5 people (4 adults)/2cars. No outside guests are allowed on the property or inside of the house. No parking on the road. 2. No smoking of any kind inside house or on property. No underage drinking. No drugs. 3. We do allow 1 dog but have a fee of $55 per night. Please make sure you have selected that you are bringing a dog. 4. Primary renter must be 25. 5. Only the number of guests booked on the reservation are allowed to on the property and inside of the home. 6. No firepits or grills should be unattended. 7. Any kids under 18 should be supervised.
Other Details to Note
This is a great spot for a family getaway. It is a very safe and friendly neighborhood. The front and side door locks will be programmed with the same code. It get in, hit the 4 digit code and then the lock at the bottom right of the keypad.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
This is a great neighborhood to walk around. The views are spectacular and you can walk to two neighborhood beaches. There is a map inside the home in the guestbook that has a map of the neighborhood and directions to each beach.
Guest Access
The whole home is accessible. If you are bringing a dog please relieve them in the back yard and pick up after them.
Find us
The best way to get around is by car but Uber/Lyft are also an option. We are in a rural area so you may wait a bit longer for a ride from or to the home. The neighborhood is great to walk around and bike if you bring a bike with you. You can walk to two beaches from our home very easily. There is a map in the guest book inside of the home.
