The Lake Cape at Candlewood Lake
Candlewood Lake waterfront home offering beautiful panoramic views from every corner. This house and property has western exposure where the sun slips behind the mountains nightly for a magical sunset. There is also an available boat slip for your use so you can explore what the lake has to offer. Waterfront is across the street. Multiple level patios lakeside with full outdoor commercial kitchen, pizza oven, and a wood firepit area. PLEASE read notes at the bottom of this description.
Good to know
Our property is waterfront however the waterfront is across the street from our home. Also, although everyone around calls their lakefront property their "beach", it is not a sandy beach. Please review pictures. You can go swimming and there is a dock and a latter and rock steps to walk into and out of the lake.
House Rules
1. Maximum of 6 people (4 adults)/2cars. No outside guests are allowed on the property or inside of the house. 2. No smoking of any kind inside house or on property. No underage drinking. No drugs. 3. We do allow 1 dog but have a fee of $85 per night. Please make sure you have selected that you are bringing a dog. 4. Primary renter must be 30. 5. Only the number of guests booked on the reservation are allowed to on the property and inside of the home. 6. No firepits or grills should be unattended. 7. Any kids under 18 should be supervised.
Other Details to Note
To get to the lake you do have to cross the street. The road is a scenic road with a 25 mph speed limit. Please look both ways before you cross and make sure all younger kids are supervised.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
The lake is across the street from our home. It is a scenic road with a 25 mph speed limit and is safe however we do recommend you kids are escorted across the street and are not left alone at the lakefront.
Guest Access
There is one bedroom that is not able to be accessed. Also, the garage out back also can't be accessed.
Find us
A car is ideal to get around although you can catch an Uber/Lyft from this location. It is rural so you may wait a little longer to get where you would like to go. It is not recommended walking on Candlewood Lake Rd. It is a beautiful, scenic road, however has lots of twists and turns and is narrow.
